Communications I

This workshop focuses on the proper procedures for a variety of forms of communication.  Topics include: interacting with elected officials; the press: friend or foe? - it's up to you! hearing what citizens say; responding in writing to requests; public speaking: putting your best foot forward; and telephone skills: your first contact.
