Roads Scholar Program Required Course

Understanding the Differences in People

This course is designed to help participants understand their behavioral style. Through activities and teambuilding exercises, participants will learn to work more with their own personality type and discover how to work well with other personality types in team settings. Participants will also look at their supervisory profile and determine how to use their strengths and weaknesses to become an effective leader.

Roads Scholar and Road Master Courses:

  • $95 local agency employees
  • $115 all others
