The 2024 Safety Summit will be the first time that all transportation safety topics for travelers and workers alike will be combined into a single state conference. It will bring together a combination of engineering, education, emergency services, enforcement, and transportation safety warriors to share best practices, research, and proven innovations. The Summit will provide information on both successful programs and emerging issues to individuals who work to prevent fatalities and injuries on Kentucky's roadways, increase safety awareness, prevent injuries and incidents with employees, and provide opportunities for networking, discussion, and information sharing.

Participant Registration Fee: $300

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that could require you to cancel your registration and we make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so two weeks prior to the start date (4/30) in order to receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee due to commitments to the facility, materials, and accounting charges. If you cancel after April 30, you will forfeit your entire registration fee. Someone may substitute for you at any time.

Cancellation must be received two days prior to the date of arrival or one night's room and tax will be charged.
Event self-parking and overnight self-parking are complimentary. Your parking pass can be validated at the hotel check-in desk.
Parking is provided in the Lexington Convention Center Parking lot, directly across the street from the Hyatt hotel.
Spots are limited so make your reservation early. There is a small amount of rooms available at the overflow hotel, Hilton Lexington Downtown. See below for more details.
