The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's mission is to provide a safe, efficient, environmentally sound and fiscally responsible transportation system that delivers economic opportunity and enhances the quality of life in Kentucky.

The Project Delivery and Preservation Collaboration Conference will join a community of transportation professionals within the Cabinet, District, FHWA, KTC, and industry leaders for three days of sharing practices, technologies, and research to continue providing a quality transportation infrastructure for the Commonwealth. The Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Lexington, October 29 – 31.

  • Kentucky Transportation Center (KTC)
  • Transportation industries, companies, and local governments.

Cabinet Employees, FHWA and KTC: $200

All other participants: $300*

*Registration Fee after October 18: $350

*Limit two per company

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that could require you to cancel your registration and we make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so two weeks prior to the conference start date in order to receive a refund, minus $25 processing fee due to commitments to the facility, materials, and accounting charges.  If you cancel less than one week prior to the conference start date, you will forfeit your entire registration fee. Someone may substitute for you at any time.


Professional Development Hours Recommendation

The conference qualifies for fourteen (14) Professional Development Hours.

Information For Exhibitors

Exhibit booths will be available for $750.  

This includes one full conference registration, listing in program and website as well a booth space. 

One additional booth registration can be added for $200 per participant.

Hotel reservations are participants responsibility.

Reservations must be made by October 08. 

Cancellation must be received two days prior to the date of arrival or one night's room and tax will be charged.

Parking is complimentary or $20 a day for valet. The hotel also offers a complimentary airport shuttle.
