Please join us for the Kentucky Chapter of the American Public Works Association State Conference at the Boone County Enrichment Center in Burlington Kentucky. See below for attendee, sponsor, and exhibitor registration.

Wednesday, October 11 - Meet and Greet at 5:30pm in the VIP room, Turfway Park (Racing and Gaming) 7500 Turfway Rd, Florence, KY 41042. *Please RSVP by September 22. 

 

Thursday, October 12 - Chapter Conference hosted at the Boone County Extension Enrichment Center.

Registration Information

Registration Fees: 

  • Early Registration (Now-September 22) - $125
  • Late Registration (September 23-Day of Event) - $150
  • Guest Registration - $75
  • Lunch Attendee Only - $40
  • Retiree - Complimentary * Must be fully retired and an APWA member for 10+ years

 

Cancellation Policy: Participants will be sent an email confirmation letter one week prior to the conference. If registered and unable to attend, please inform us at least three business days prior to the conference. If advance notice of cancellation is not received, the registration fee will be charged. Someone may substitute for you at any time.

All Vendors/Sponsors need to supply a door prize estimated value $100.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations are the participant's responsibility. Reservations must be made by September 18, 2023. Room rates from $139-$159.
