2018 Roger Clark Leadership Conference
This biennial event is named in honor of the late Roger Clark who was public works director in Kingsport at the time of his passing. Roger was a past-president of the TCAPWA and was a great supporter of the Chapter. The conference rotates between states in Region III and is open to chapter leaders and those interested in becoming a chapter leader in Regions III and IV.
